MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS WEEK

11-17 MAY 2026

We’re taking some time as a church to focus on mental health.

For us, this really matters. We believe God meets us in real life, not just when things are going well, but in the middle of stress, anxiety, and everything that feels a bit heavy. So, part of following Jesus is being honest about where we’re at and not trying to carry things on our own.

We’ve got a few things happening across the week; there’s a sushi night, a worship night, Mind on Track (with friends from side quest) which is a relay evening with a social after, and a digital detox day.

They’re all simple ways to connect, check-in and look out for each other. So, we’d love you to get involved in whatever feels helpful for you.

Need Support?

Mental health can feel different in different seasons, and sometimes extra support is needed. If things feel overwhelming, please don’t carry it alone.
